1 package of liver

Directions:
Cut liver into 1/2 by 1/4 inch strips. Place on wire tray, on top of jelly roll pan in oven at the lowest setting. Let cook/dry for 5 to 6 hours, until liver appears dry. Remove from oven and leave out for 1 more day to further dry out. Put in "doggie treat" container. These will keep for several weeks, no need to refrigerate.
