2 3/4 to 3 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 pkg. Dry Yeast
5 T. softened Margarine
2/3 cup Hot Tap Water
1 egg (room temperature)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl thoroughly mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Add soft margarine and gradually add water, beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl. Add egg and 1/2 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 min. scraping bowl. Stir by hand, putting in enough additional flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease the top. Cover and let rise in warm place for about 1 hour.
Punch down, turn out on floured board. Shape into rolls (I roll out and cut.) Place in greased baking pan. Cover and let rise about 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 2 dozen rolls.
