Zucchini Chocolate Cake Recipe

1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. walnuts (chopped)

Cream butter, sugar, cocoa, oil, eggs and vanilla then add zucchini and buttermilk.
Combine dry ingredients then blend together
use 9x13 baking dish. Bake @325 for 25 minutes.

Add chocolate chips and walnuts and bake for 20 more minutes.
