In another bowl combine the Buttermilk, Canna Oil, Eggs, and Vanilla Extract. With the mixer on low speed slowly add the wet ingredient to the dry. With mixer still on low slowly add the coffee and stir just to combine, scaping the bottom and sides of the bowl.

*********************************************************************

When I make the Canna oil I make a gallon batch at one time using
2 oz of good popcorn buds (all the same strain)
1 gal of canola oil

I put it into the slow cooker on low for 8 hrs, stirring every 1/2 hr or so. Strain the oil through a couple of layers of cheese cloth and let cool. then pour the oil right back into the bottle the oil came in and label what strain it is. Put the oil in a dark cupboard to use when needed.
