1/2 cup olive oil
2 large onions chopped
3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
3-4 sprigs of parsley
4 slices sea bass 1 inch thick ( about 2 lbs)
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 cup bay shrimp (optional)
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions bell pepper in oil until limp and yellowish. Add vinegar,wine and tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook 10 min. Spray bottom of baking pan 9 x 13 and add a little oil. Place fish in pan and pour tomato sauce over it Sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley. Cover with tin foil and bake in preheated 375º oven for 30 min (until done) Remove foil and sprinkle shrimp over fish, return to oven and bake uncovered for 10 min. Serve with boiled rice.
