1/2 lb. feta
2/3 c. sundried tomatoes in oil
1/2 c. pitted Kalamata olives
2 Tbsp. dill
3 Tbsp. flat-leaf parsley
2 scallions
1/4 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crumble the feta into a bowl. Chop the tomatoes, olives, dill and parsley, and thinly slice the scallions.

2. Gently mix the ingredients together and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
