3 1/2 lbs. of fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed, (frozen is fine); quartered or halved. 5 pieces of Canadian bacon; diced 1 T. olive oil 3/4 tsp Kosher salt

Pre-heat oven to 425º. Spray shallow pan (jellyroll pan) with non-stick spray. combine and toss to coat Brussels sprouts. Bake for 25 minutes, turning twice.
