2 pks of frozen broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheese grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs

TOPPING:
1 tube of Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
Ritz Cracker crumbs for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoli until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Mix mayonnaise, cheese, cream of mushroom soup and eggs. Add broccoli. For topping crush cracker and toss in melted butter. Spread over broccoli mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.

The first Christmas that Bob was to attend the Whitlow Family Christmas dinner, I gave him advance notice of possible dishes. Upon hearing of this broccoli dish, he was rather upset about having "turnip greens" as he called it. It immediately became one of his favorites!!
