4 cups Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cups self rising corn meal
2 cups Milk or light cream
2 tbs butter
to taste Salt and Pepper

** 1 can of chicken breast meat can also be added if desired.
Add a salad and you have a complete meal.

Directions:

Bring broth to a rolling boil in a heavy sauce pan with a lid.
Mix corn meal with milk to prevent lumps when added to broth pour this mixture into the boiling broth Stir. Simmer on low till it reaches desired
thickness. Add milk if you need to thin.
