1 c. flour
1/2 c. softened margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp lemon zest
2 TBL lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, margarine and powdered sugar and press into 8x8" pan. Bake 20 min at 350º Beat the rest of ingredients together and pour over baked layer. Bake another 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
