Cake:

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla



Frosting:

1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
1/4 c. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix all ingredients together in the order shown. Spread into 9x13 cake pan and bake at 325 for 25 minutes.

Frosting: Mix frosting ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
