1 pkg filo dough
1 lb ground beef
1 cup Club Soda or Mineral Water
4 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 lrg leeks (white base to be size of quarter) finely chopped or regular green onion
dash of salt heavy on pepper

Spray 9x13 baking pan with Pam. c Finely chop white part only of the leek. Brown Meat and leeks in dab of oil, season mixture with salt and pepper set aside.mix club soda (mineral water) and oil in small dish adding a dash of salt. Line bottom of pan with 3 sheets of filo then lightly sprinkle with water mixture. Take three sheets and gather in pleats and place in pan, With spoon scatter meat mixture sparingly over the pleated filo top with three sheets of filo and sprinkle with water mixture add meat again and repeat these steps for two more layers. Top layer should be three sheets covering entire pan. Using sharp knife cut into squares Take eggs and beat into water and oil mixture pour over entire top and spray with Pam. Bake for 45 minutes in 350 º oven. Serve hot or cold. Great as lunch with tossed salad.
