2 Tbsp butter
1/2 Tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp flour
Salt & pepper
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwavable bowl, melt butter. Add salt and flour and microwave for 1 minute. Add milk and microwave for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until sauce thickens.

Add salt and pepper if desired.

Stir in grated cheese after the sauce has cooked.
