Ingredients:  
1 cup packed coarsely chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion coarsely chopped
1 jalapeņo, sliced lengthwise and seeds removed
8 medium tomatoes
Juice of 1 lime
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Using a food processor, pulse the cilantro and garlic together for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides. Add onion and jalapeņo and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to medium bowl. Working in batches, pulse tomatoes until finely chopped. Stir in salt and lime juice. Mix all ingredients. Can be frozen.
