2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 to 7 quarts popped corn
Handful of peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pop corn and place it in large roasting pan. Boil brown sugar, butter, salt, and Karo syrup for 5 minutes then add baking soda and stir vigorously.
Immediately pour mixture over popped corn. (and peanuts) Stir and try to coat the popcorn as much as possible. Place in preheated oven at 250 degree F. Bake in oven for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on cookie sheet to cool. Break up large chunks.
