2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda 3/4 tsp. baking powder 2 c.buttermilk 2 eggs, 3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients, Beat egg yolks. Add to buttermilk. Combine with dry ingredients, add melted butter. Fold in beaten egg whites. Fry in Aebleskiver pan. Serve warm with raspberry jam.

My mom and I would make these. It takes a lot of practice. Use wooden skewers to make 1/4 turns to cook these completely.
