4 eggs 1 1/2 c. crisco 3 1/2 c. sugar 1 pint cottage cheese 4 tsp. vanilla 1 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 5 c. flour (sifted) 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat well with mixer on low to medium: eggs, crisco,sugar and cottage cheese. Add vanilla, cocoa, and baking soda. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to mixture, Chill for 1 hour. Roll in balls. Roll cookies in powdered sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
