4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2/3 c. beer
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350║. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. In medium skillet melt butter. SautÚ onion and green pepper then stir in beer, soup, curry powder, basil, and pepper. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350║ for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese the last 10 minutes.
