8 medium potatoes 3 eggs 1 T. cream of wheat 3-4 c. flour (plus- extra for kneading)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, then mash. Mix eggs together add cream of wheat, then add flour a little at a time. Add cooled potatoes. Knead dough until smooth. Roll into long roll. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Boil in water (with a little sugar and salt) until they float, approximately 15 minutes.
