1 1/2 lb. round steak 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. lemon pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Freeze meat to hard not solid (about 1 hour) Trim fat and bone. Slice with the grain 1/8 inch slices. Marinate overnight in GLASS bowl. Place on cookie sheet with rack. Lay meat side by side. Bake at 150º for 10 hours.
