2 Pounds Ground Chuck
1 Medium Sweet Onion { Diced )
1 Box Onion Soup Mix { 2 Packets )
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
16 Ounces Sour Cream
1 Small Can of Mushroom Stems and Pieces
1 Small Can of tomato sauce
1 Medium Green Pepper ( Diced )
3 Tablespoons Corn Starch
1 Large Bag of Egg Noodles
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 Cup Warm Water

In large bowl combine the Ground Chuck, diced Green Peppers, diced Sweet Onion, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, and 1 pouch of the dry Onion Soup mix. Add1/4 cup of warm water to mixture. Thoroughly mix the ingredients into meatballs.

In large skillet brown the meatballs. Remove and drain the grease from the meatballs.

In large stock pot add the drained meatballs. Sprinkle the Corn Starch over the meatballs.
Add the 2 cans of Mushroom Soup to meatballs and Corn Starch. Then add enough water to make the mix to a gravy consistency. Stir well and cook at medium high heat for 15 minutes. Add the other Dry Onion Soup to this mixture with the Mushroom Stems and Pieces, and the small can of Tomato Sauce. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the sour cream to this mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add cooked Egg Noodles to the mixture.

Serve with your favorite Bread
