2 oz. Sherry (Lt. Cream)
1 1/2 oz. ketchup
1 oz. A-1 sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 0z. Quantro
1 tsp. orange zest
Pepper and salt to taste

Simmer for half an hour to thicken. Cool and reheat to serve
