1 Package burrito size wraps
1 container low fat or fat free sour cream
1 package shredded reduced fat or fat free cheddar cheese
1 package uncle Ben's instant rice
2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 jar of salsa
1 can refried beans
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
cooking spray
salt free seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook the chicken breast with any salt free seasoning and olive oil when fully cooked shred the chicken and put aside

2) Julian the green pepper and onion saute them in cooking spray until tender with a slight crunch

3) cook rice according to package

4) After all your fillings are cooked get your wraps and start to stuff them with any combination you prefer and fold them and put aside

5) heat your skillet on a medium to high setting spray with your cooking spray and brown the cook the wrap until golden on each side

Fill burritos only about 1-2 tablespoons of the fillings used to avoid over stuffing and breaking when folding

This dish is great served with a fresh salad
