1 1/2 lbs. beef round steak cut into 1" cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 c. ( 4 oz. can) sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. un-sifted flour
1 pkg. Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onion until meat is browned. Add broth and Worcestershire. cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally. add mushroom w/liquid. Combine sour cream and flour blend into mixture. Cook 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
Prepare noodles as directed on pkg.
Serve mixture over cooked noodles.
