2 cans cream corn
6 tablespoons melted butter
4 tablespoons flour
3 eggs
1 cup milk
16 soda crackers, crushed (I use unsalted, or multi-grain saltines)
Salt & pepper to taste

Put into buttered casserole, uncovered.
Bake 1½ hours at 300 degrees.
