5 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
Dash salt
1 cup flour
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a iron skillet. Beat eggs & whip thoroughly. Gradually beat in sugar, milk, flour, and salt. Pour into skillet and bake 25 minutes. Turn heat to 375 degrees if browning too fast. Serve immediately with fruit syrup, vanilla yogurt, sliced berries.
