1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2 ripe mashed bananas
3 tablespoons sour cream or plain yogurt (I use yogurt)
1 level teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and bananas and yogurt (sour cream). Mix until fluffy. Sift together flour and soda. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Top with chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) if desired. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top if you like. Bake at 350º for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
