pound flaked crabmeat
2 6" sourdough rolls
1 cucumber peeled and sliced
head shredded lettuce
salt and pepper to taste



Louis Dressing:

cup mayonnaise
t tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
teaspoon prepared horseradish
teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crabmeat with dressing and toss to mix thoroughly. Slice rolls in half and put layer of cucumber slices on bottoms, then layer of lettuce, top with crab. Add salt and pepper. DRESSING: Combine all ingredients and stir to blend thoroughly.
