Ingredients:  
2 cup water
1 cup honey
Pinch salt
1 pound cranberries (12 oz bag)

Put all into a 3 quart pan and boil 10 to 15 minutes until skin pops on cranberries.

Remove from heat and add:
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon curry
About 1 to 2 tablespoons chutney (Major Grey's chutney can be found at Cub)
Some grated orange peel

Refrigerate. Will thicken in the fridge.
