Ingredients:  
* Mix together and reserve 1 cup for topping:

1 pound brown sugar- about 2 1/3 cups
2 cups flour
1/4 pound butter (or margarine) softened

* Mix and add to the rest of the brown sugar mixture: (I use my electric hand mixer when combining them with the brown sugar mixture.)

1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12 pan. It will be a little runny. Sprinkle with reserved brown sugar. Sprinkle with 6 chopped Heath bars (or 1 package Heath bar chips). Bake: 350 degrees, 40 to 45 min.
