1 beef brisket
1 can beer
1 medium tomato
1/2 onion
1 small jalapeņo pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 bunch cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in slow cooker. Pour beer over meat. Using a food processor or chopper, chop tomato, onion, pepper, garlic and cilantro and mix together. Pour mixture over the top of brisket. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Shred meat with a fork and let cook for an additional 45-60 minutes. Meat can be used to make nachos, soft tacos, taquitos, etc.
