2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1 pkg active dry yeast
2 Tbl sugar
1 Tbl dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water (120-130 degree)
1 egg
2 Tbl vegetable oil

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, herbs and salt. Add water, egg and oil. Beat well, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in remaining flour. Do not knead. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes. Stir dough and spoon into greased muffing cups. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375º for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
