2 lbs ground meat
2 envelopes taco seasoning
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 cup biscuit/baking mix
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground meat; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to directions. Spoon meat into a greased 13x9 baking dish. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add biscuit/baking mix and pepper; mix well. Pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve with toppings: Sour cream, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced black olives, salsa, shredded cheese.
