1 small onion, finely chopped
1 large head of broccoli, chopped
1 Tbl butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1-5oz can of evaporated milk
3 cups cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion and broccoli in butter for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in soup and milk. Add cheese and stir until smooth. Place rice in a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Pour cheese mixture over rice; do not stir; Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
