Teresa Gauthier

8 oz cream cheese
1 pkg (3 oz) lime jello
3/4 cup water
15 lg marshmallows
Add all the above ingredients together and cook over low heat until dissolved.

2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup diced bananas
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small can evaporated milk
3 tsp sugar
little lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
Mix the above ingredients together and add to the first mixture. Put in a serving dish and refrigerate.

Serve chilled.

This dish will be light green in color, from the lime jello and bursting with flavor from the fruit and nuts. The recipe was passed down from my paternal grandmother. Augusta, GA.
