1 Clay Pot
4 large green cooking apples
4-5 tbsp. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the clay pot & lid in cold water for 10 minutes. Before
placing ingredients in the pot, line it with parchment
paper if you desire, for easy cleaning. Remove the
peel from the upper 2/3 of each apple. Remove the
cores & place the apples in the pot. Combine the
raisins, walnut, cinnamon, nutmeg & butter. Fill 1/4 of the mixture into each cavity. Pour a little honey over each apple. Cover & place in a cold oven. Turn the heat to 450 & cook for 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
