Freezing Peaches Recipe

4 cups of peeled sliced peaches (discard pits)
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 Tsp of fruit fresh
Waxed paper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit fresh into sugar then add to peaches and stir to coat. Then let sit for 5 minutes so juices come out while you are working on cutting up your next batch. Put mixture in tall container such as peanut butter jar, leaving 3/4 inch or so at the top. Crumple wax paper and stuff into the top forcing the peaches near the top into the juice as much as possible. Put in the freezer for making a nice fruit salad with in the middle of winter !
