Bread:
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Topping:
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Topping: Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon & melted butter. May use chopped nuts, if desired.

Bread: Combine oil, egg & milk. Sift together dry ingredients, add to milk & mix well. Pour 1/2 batter into greased & floured 9x5 in. loaf pan. Sprinkle 2/3 of topping mixture. Pour remainder of batter, then sprinkle with remaining topping mixture. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until done.
