4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 medium clove garlic; minced
1 teaspoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 to 8 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts; drained and chopped


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray bottom of 13X9 inch pan with cooking spray. Line bottom of pan with a bed of spinach. Combine Mrs. Dash, oil, pepper, paprika, garlic, water and salt and brush onto both sides of fish. Place fish and artichokes on top of spinach bed. Lightly spray top of fish with cooking spray. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
