1 bag fresh spinach
1 container sour cream
olive oil
basil
garlic powder
onion powder
bread bowl
honey wheat crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook on stove top
1) put your spinach in a deep saute pan , turn on medium to low heat

2) add olive oil , garlic powder , onion powder and basil
* just go around the pan a couple times with each ingredient

3)Cook the spinach until wilted and taste it if seasoning is to your liking place the spinach on a plate with paper towels to cool

4) After spinach is cooled chop into small pieces and mix with the sour cream , taste and season to tase with your basil , garlic and onion powder.
* Put aside

5) Cut the top off of your bread bowl and hollow out ,chop the top into small pieces and put aside

6) put your spinach mixture inside the bread bowl and serve with the bread pieces and honey wheat crackers
