2 frozen pie crusts
1 large onion
1 can mushrooms
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
salt & pepper
1 t. bak. powder
shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crusts for 5-10 min. Saute onion and mushrooms. Mix together eggs, milk, flour and spices. Fill 2 pie crusts with onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle shredded cheese over onions and mushrooms. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake @400º for 1 hr.
