Apple Spice Muffins Recipe

2 c. Bisquick
1 large egg
3 oz. light whipped topping, thawed
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. apple pie spice
10 oz. apple pie filling

Crumb Topping:
2 tbsp. cold butter
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. oatmeal

Crumb Topping: Mix all with pastry blender or fork.

Muffins: Preheat oven to 350. Put filling in food processor for 20 seconds or cut into small pieces in large bowl, mix egg, sugar, spice, filling & whipped topping. Add Bisquick & stir 20 times to mix. Batter will be very lumpy. Spoon into muffin cups three quarters full. Top with topping. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
