2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 c. honey
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
3/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
sugar for coating
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line pan with parchment paper. Mix together oil and sugar and beat. Add egg and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add honey, flour, bak. soda, cinn., and salt and mix until soft dough forms. Break off small pieces of dough and make balls; roll in sugar and place on pan, 2 " apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
