2 cans (6oz. each) light tuna in water, drained
1pkg. (6oz) stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c water
1 carrot, shredded
1/3 c real mayo
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Use ice cream scoop to add 1/3 c portions of tuna mix, in batches, to skillet.

Flatten into patties with a spatula. Cook 6 minutes or until golden brown on both sides...so about 3 minutes on each side.
