2 lbs or so of Ham (cubed)
3 lbs or so of Potatoes
1 Pint of Heavy Cream
2 Cans Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice Potatoes. Layer Potatoes and Ham in a Casserole Dish. Pour Cream and Evaporated Milk on top to cover. Bake UNCOVERED for 2 Hours or until potatoes are fork tender and sauce has thickened.
