1/2 cup light ranch dressing
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 (10 oz) mixed salad greens or romaine
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
1 package (10 oz) frozen corn, thawed and drained
1/2 cup red pepper strips
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix dressing and Tabasco sauce. Toss greens with beans and vegetables in a large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat. Top with cheese.
