1 avocado,pitted and chopped
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 can (11 oz.) shoe peg corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed and drained
2/3 cup cilantro, chopped
2/3 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin

Toss avocado with lime juice in medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour.
