6-10 mangoes - depending on size
cinnamon
ginger
allspice


Topping
2 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut mangoes in pieces. Fill a greased 9 X 13 pyrex dish with the cut fruit. Sprinkle with 3 spices according to taste. Topping: Mix sugar, flour and beaten egg together. Sprinkle over fruit. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour until lightly browned and fruit is fork tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
