Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 oz) package German Chocolate Cake Mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cup water
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (17 oz) jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch, caramel or butterscotch-caramel topping
1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 (1.4 oz) Heath candy bars or about 1/2 of 8 oz bag Heath chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat 1 minute at low speed. Scrape bowl and beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Spread evenly into pan.

Bake 30-35 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and set on rack while cake is still warm. Use wrong end of wooden spoon to poke holes in cake (almost 1 inch apart), almost to the bottom.

Allow to cool 10-15 minutes, then slowly drizzle sweetened condensed milk into holes. Don't worry if some goes on top of cake. Drizzle until can is empty.

Pour and spoon butterscotch topping on top and spread it to cover the cake completely. Some will sink into the holes. Let stand until fully cool. Cover butterscotch evenly with the thawed whipped topping. Crush candy bars and sprinkle all over. Chill thoroughly.
