1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup peanut oil
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
15 sprigs fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger root

In blender, thoroughly blend peanut butter, peanut oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
Mix in garlic, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and ginger. Make smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
